Review by hotel critic
The hotel's prime location near the metro and city highlights was a winner for me, blending convenience and comfort. The room was tidy and cozy with a comfy bed and a powerful shower, a must for a weary traveler like myself. The breakfast spread was extensive on day one but lacked variety on the next. The staff's warmth and professionalism left a positive impression. While amenities like laundry and valet service were convenient, the absence of non-dairy or gluten-free meal options raised an eyebrow. Nevertheless, the well-equipped gym and nearby amenities like park and supermarket made up for it. The value proposition was clear: a good balance of cost and luxury, with room for improvement in certain areas. For a laid-back stay in Lisbon, this hotel did the trick.
